The magic of conscious touch In a safe setting you will learn the Tаntra massage ritual including Yoni & Lingam massage. You playfully get to know your counterpart and meet him or her with your authentic boundaries, wishes and needs. In this mindfulness you feel connected in your heart and open yourself to the loving intimacy that you learn to give and receive in this weekend course. Step by step we guide you through the process where we show & explain in detail the different components and techniques of massage, which you can then practice directly. Tantric massage as a path to yourself In this weekend training course, we will present a detailed sequence and at the same time offer you the opportunity to try it out for yourself. We will deal with the different phases that can occur in a tantric massage, in which we want to touch the other person holistically, i.e. mentally, emotionally, and physically. This requires that we are able to perceive these processes within ourselves or are willing to learn how to do so. It is not about 1001 techniques for іntimate massage. Rather, it is about accompanying and, if necessary, guiding both ourselves and others into states of higher energy, increased relaxation, and sensitivity. The foundations for understanding that polarities form a whole, the principle of yin and yang, are laid and can be gradually expanded upon. WHO IS THE WORKSHOP FOR? Classic Thai massage is a dynamic and powerful full-body massage with assisted stretching and acupressure along the energy lines from Ayurvedic teachings. Perfect for intensively releasing muscle tension, increasing flexibility, and stimulating energy flow in your body. To achieve a deep effect, no oil is used. I recommend comfortable, loose clothing for your massage experience. I trained in traditional Thai massage at the Old Medicine Hospital in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Ayurvedic principles teach us that the body is crisscrossed by energy lines on which important acupressure points are located. Thanks to this centuries-old Asian medical practice, the body's energies can flow freely again. Here I learned rhythmic pressure, stroking, and targeted stretching techniques that prevent illness and alleviate a wide variety of physical complaints such as back and joint pain, nausea, sleep disorders, and headaches. Likewise, the passive adoption of various yoga stretching positions invigorates your body and mind and strengthens your body's natural defenses from within. A tantra massage is a full-body massage with warm oil, including the genitals. It is clearly distinct from an erotic massage. Because it is much more: a special ceremony to get your life energy flowing again. The massage ritual is a relaxing, reverent, tender, and meditative, but also energizing, playful, pleasurable, and healing work of art involving touch. Even sexuality, which is often taboo, is welcome here as part of your whole being. Life energy is awakened in the pelvis, releasing energetic/emotional blockages and rising up to the heart. With my loving presence, I accept you in your entirety. You can feel safe, truly welcomed, and open your heart. All masks fall away, emotions are allowed to flow freely, felt in their entirety, and returned to the heart. You surrender completely to the gentle, unintentional strokes. The everyday pressure to perform gives way to conscious touch and deep feeling. Your energy body is allowed to heal. At the end, you feel physically filled with vitality and spiritually filled with heavenly peace—as if you were reborn. A traditional tantric massage is of extremely high quality—a total work of art involving a variety of touches. In keeping with the holistic philosophy of massage, the erogenous zones are also included, but they are not the focus. My massage ritual has a very well thought-out structure. Despite its detailed structure, each massage is unique. Meditative moments alternate with dynamic sequences. The fundamental orientation of tantric massage is the worship and acceptance of the human being as a holistic being. Three hours are recommended for a man. I recommend that women start with at least 3.5 hours, as the female temple often needs a little longer to relax and open up. In longer sessions, we dive deeper and, in addition to the yoni or lingam massage, the anal region can also be massaged on request. For men, the prostate—the male counterpart to the G-spot—is another pleasure center, whose tissue also stores many traumas.
